Privacy Policy

Effective date: 1 January 2026

AiMantras is an online education platform. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the platform, how we use it, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

Platform: aimantras.co | aimantras.com

1. What We Collect

When you sign in using Google, we receive: full name, email address, and profile picture URL. The platform also collects course enrolment and progress data, session activity and timestamps, and device/browser information via server logs. We do not collect or store passwords. Payment details are handled directly by Razorpay, our payment gateway — we do not store card, UPI, or bank information.

2. How We Use Your Data

To create and manage your learner account. To track and display course progress. To issue completion certificates. To send platform communications such as enrolment confirmations, session reminders, and recording links. To generate anonymised analytics that help us improve the platform. To comply with Indian law. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data for marketing purposes.

3. Data Sharing

We share limited data with the following processors, strictly for platform delivery:

Google — OAuth authentication (name, email, profile picture)

Razorpay — payment processing (name, email, and payment details you provide directly to Razorpay)

Zoom and Google Meet — live session hosting (name, email, session participation data)

Resend — transactional email delivery (name, email)

WATI — WhatsApp notifications, only if you opt in (name, phone number)

Government authorities — only where required by law

All processors are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations. Course content, progress, and recordings are hosted on AiMantras' own learning management system — not shared with any third-party LMS.

4. Cookies

Essential cookies only — session management and login state. No advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. Google sets its own cookies during OAuth, governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
