You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform.

AiMantras provides: platform access and features, delivery of course content published on the platform, learner account and progress management, certificate issuance, live session scheduling, and learner communications. Payments are processed via Razorpay. All programme delivery, content, and support is managed directly by AiMantras.

You access the platform via Google login. You are responsible for your account security and all activity under your login. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Access is granted on enrolment confirmation. Course access is personal, non-commercial, and non-transferable. We may update or remove content to maintain accuracy.

All courses and content published on the platform — including videos, slides, documents, and assessments — are the intellectual property of their respective creators. Courses created by Garvit Sharma are the intellectual property of Garvit Sharma. Platform code and infrastructure are the intellectual property of Garvit Sharma. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or screen-record any content without written permission. Commercial use requires a licence. Violation may result in account termination and legal action under Indian law.

The platform integrates Claude by Anthropic to assist instructors and learners. AI-generated content is for educational assistance only. We do not guarantee its accuracy. Verify important information independently.

Do not share account access. Do not scrape or reverse-engineer the platform. Do not submit harmful or misleading content. Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose under Indian law.

Payments for all courses are processed via Razorpay. All payments are final and non-refundable once enrolment is confirmed.

Live cohort courses: In the event that AiMantras cancels a scheduled batch, enrolled learners will be offered either a transfer to a future batch or a full refund, at the learner's choice.

Self-paced recorded courses: Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. As the full course content becomes available on enrolment, payments for self-paced recorded courses are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance.

The platform is provided on an as-is basis. Garvit Sharma shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss due to issues beyond our control, or career or placement outcomes. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to AiMantras for the relevant course.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability or error-free content. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly.

Governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
